Preparing for 16th World Festival of Youth in Caracas, August 2005

There will be a meeting to launch a National Preparatory Committee
responsible for organizing a U.S. delegation to the 16th World Festival of
Youth and Students - scheduled for Caracas, Venezuela, August 5-13, 2005.

It will take place at noon on Saturday, December 4th, in New York at the
Borough of Manhattan Community College, 199 Chambers St.

The Hands Off Venezuela Campaign will be participants along with many other
groups.If you are interested in going to Caracas or want to help organize
for this international event there is a way to participate without having to
go to New York.

meeting and talk and make suggestions. The meeting will be discusing
guildlines for those wishing to attend, approve a flyer to publize the
event, elect a steering committee and other matters.
